Porcupine flower

More photographs have been added of Barleria prionitis (porcupine flower). There seems to be a serious outbreak of this pest in parts of Nelly Bay, and a smaller outbreak in Alma Bay, and numerous seedlings have been observed. These should be uprooted as soon as possble, as they have the potential to become a serious pest. The spread of this plant should be taken seriously, and urgent treatment should be taken.
